Homemade Mango Ice cream with just 3 ingredients | Delicious and Tasty



We had been craving to eat mangoes here in Florida, and finally we found some good quality mangoes 😍😍 These mangoes are from Mexico and they are named as Ataulfo. Its hard to find ready made mango Ice cream here that we get to eat in India, so I tried this homemade mango ice cream and it turned out so tasty, so my son could taste his first mango ice cream and he loved itπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ 
This recipe is for all the mango loversπŸ’“ do try this recipe at home and share your experience in comments.

HOMEMADE MANGO ICECREAM RECIPE:-

INGREDIENTS:-

3-4 sweet yellow mangoes ( I have used Ataulfo Mangoes which is available in US)
2 cup whipping cream ( 450 ml)
1 cup condensed milk (350ml)

METHOD:
  • Cut the mangoes in slices and scoop to separate the mango flesh from the skin in cubes.
  • Make a puree using blender
  • Whisk the whipping cream on high to medium speed to stiff peaks form, beat for a minute. do not over beat.
  • Now add the condensed milk and mix well.
  • Next add the mango puree to the mixture and give a mix.
  • Finally add in the small mango cubes
  • Transfer the mixture to the airtight containers and freeze for 2 hours.
  • Take out from freezer and using spoon mix again.
  • Freeze it for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Delicious homemade mango ice-cream is ready to serve.

TIPS: 
1. Sweetness can be added according to one's taste, I prefer sweet in moderation, so I have used 350ml of condensed milk.
2. I have used 3 mangoes, you can add up to 4 mangoes.

Bitter gourd Pachadi| Bitter Melon Pachadi| Konkani Recipe| Healthy and Tasty

Bitter Guard Pachadi

Bitter Melon is a good source of Fiber, Vitamin C, Folate, Vitamin A. This can help in reducing the blood sugar level. This is the reason Bitter Gourd juice is recommended for Diabetics. It has anti- cancer properties, helps in decreasing the cholesterol levels and also helps in weight loss. So, thanks to its medicinal properties, bitter melon has long been used by indigenous population around the world 😊😊😊

Bitter Gourd Pachadi Recipe I learnt from my Mom. When I was kid, I never liked to eat bitter gourd but now I prefer to add it in my diet at least once or twice in a week knowing its health benefits πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ This is a simple recipe which can be prepared in 15 minutes of time.


BITTER GOURD PACHADI RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

3 Bitter Melons

1/2 cup grated coconut

1tea spoon Urad dal

1 green chilly

A small piece of tamarind 

2 to 3 tbsp Olive oil or Ghee for frying 

METHOD :-

1. Firstly wash the Bitter Melon properly and cut in half, get rid of seeds. Cut it in small pieces as shown in the below picture. 



2. Now using Ghee or Olive oil fry Bitter Melon till it turns crispy and the color changes to light brown.


3. Take a small pan, add 1tbsp ghee and add green chilly and urad dal, cook until roasted and add it to the mixer grinder along with grated coconut and a small piece of tamarind. Grind well using required water.


4. Make sure to retain the crispiness of bitter melon, mix it with ground chutney just before serving the food.

     
5.  Bitter Gourd Pachadi is ready.

Tips: 

Fry the bitter melon till it turns light brown and become crispy.

Just before serving add the fried bitter melon to the chutney, if you add before it becomes soft and doesn't taste as how it should.
